Committee on Ministry
Committee on Ministry submitted names of individuals they would like to serve on the committee. Marilyn M. and Tode O. are outgoing members. Remaining members include Leila W. and Jerry McC.

New Building Use Agreement
Reviewed and made suggestions for minor changes to the new Building Use Agreement with Trinity.

Discussed needs for meeting the Building Use Agreement. Committees and others who utilize the offices/Wy'east space in building need to ensure garbage removal and general room cleanup occurs after using space.

Finances
Reviewed spending through May 31, 2002. Currently at 91% of revenue and 91% of expenses. Ministry professional expenses over-budget and to be covered out of discretionary. Music is $250 over-budget with an additional $50 invoice not yet paid.

Board Meeting Schedule

• Next meeting on July 29^th.
• Following the July meeting, all other Board meetings will be held on the 2^nd Monday of the month (7-9pm).
• July 29^th meeting will be to discuss ministerial evaluation, due on August 24^th.
• August 17^th is the scheduled Board retreat.

Summer Coverage

• Summer collections and check signing schedule agreed upon. Schedule is posted on bulletin board in office.
• Office coverage for phones and mail agreed upon.
• Garage sale monies to be handled and deposited by Ben.

Volunteer Needs

• Cleanup - upstairs offices to be cleaned by Kit and Niya, as has been occurring in the past.
• Lock-up schedule - schedule needs to be worked on. How will the 12 weeks be managed and what 12 weeks of the year is this?
• Office volunteers for congregation year - Jessica talking with individuals who have expressed an interest.
• Office area restroom cleaning - Sarah S. has expressed that she will cover.
