Budget proposal is adjusted based on inputs from 5/15 budget forum.
Comments will be added as necessary on the right column next to each item.
Adjustments are made aiming at zero sum.
Contingent pledges for the consulting minister is added and the transfer from saving is reduced accordingly.
Board discretionary is to be used for growth strategy.
Negotiating with PNWD for up to 1/4 minister (James).
Debra will speak about it at the annual meeting for congregation’s approval.
Date is 7/23 (Sat) (Division street fair).
We join Waverly.
We give 15% of our sale to Waverly.
