UU minister, Patti Pomerantz, says: There’s all the Christmas cards I won’t have written, and all of the impersonal, computer generated Christmas letters I won’t have read by the time I deliver this sermon in February. Add in the leisurely conversations I wish I’d had, and I bet we have something in common. As we become more dependent on smart phones and think pads, I wonder if we’re not putting our religious selves on the same dusty shelves as our note cards.
