Wy'east Board minutes from February 23rd, 2010

Present were Karl, Tode, Susan, Elizabeth, Mark, and Alex

First, we checked in.

Then the minutes from the last board meeting were approved.

No new Treasurer's Report was given, as one has already been presented this month.

Religious education update: Ashley will be starting to teach independently this coming Sunday, the 28th. She has the little kids -- ages 3 to 5. Annie has the young grade school kids -- ages 6 to 8 or 9. Anders has the next group, ages 10 to 12.

February 9, 2010

(Please note that the Board also met in Executive Session on Tuesday, January 19th, following Rev. Susan Maginn's notice to the Board Moderator, Tode Oshin, on Saturday, January 16th, that she would be resigning as the minister of Wy'east as of June 30th of this year.)

First we did check-ins. Then the minutes of the January board minutes were approved.

March 9, 2010

Wy'east Board minutes for March 9th, 2010 --

Present were Elizabeth, Alex, Mark, Susan, and Tode

The minutes from our February 23rd meeting were accepted as corrected.

There was no finance report today, as Karl was not present.

We've chosen Wy'east members to be on the Task Force to hire a new quarter-time minister. They are Katy, Carol, and Dan, along with Karl and Mark from the Board.

April 12, 2010

Wy'east Board minutes for April 12th, 2010 --

Present were Alex, Tode, Susan, Elizabeth, Karl, Mark, Dan E.

First we did check-ins, and welcomed Dan as a visitor.

The minutes from March 23rd were approved.

Karl gave the Treasurer's report. Basically, we're in okay shape. We're over on a few items we underestimated for. We're going to be able to get our bank statements on line.
