Wy'east board meeting: July 2012
Minutes approval: approved
Treasurers report: New bank account is set up.  All board members are signers on the account. Last year's budgeting was fairly good.  Saved about $2500 down about $4,000 in income. New mailbox at Mailboxes etc. Betty and Dan have keys.  They also accept packages. Marcia's contract will be renegotiated for January with an eye towards our budget at the time.
All board members signed paperwork and scanned their Identifying documents.

Cares and Concerns: Ardis is stepping down as the manager of Cares and Concerns.  We need to think of someone new.
- Marcia will speak with Diane H about volunteering.

Insurance: Nancy contacted insurance company.  We may be overinsured.  Need to look at overlaps in our coverage with Hollywood Senior Center.  
- Nancy will follow up with Amber, Dan will forward Nancy the lease agreement.

Minister's Self Evaluation: We will handle this online.

Moving office: Betty will receive some items at her home.  Robyn will store some items in her basement.  We will put out a call to the general congregation for volunteers to help move.

Dates: We set dates for meetings for the next year.  This took the majority of the meeting time.  The Board will meet the 2nd Sunday of the month at 4:30pm unless there are conflicts or holidays.
We also set dates for all of the major congregational meetings and due dates for the next year.  We will shift them if needed.

Garage Sale will be August 17th and 18th.  Robyn has offered up her house.
