Convene
Meeting began at 7:27 PM, Tode, Liana, Hank, Karl, Dan and Marcia in attendance.
Minutes were approved.
Treasurer’s Report
Karl gave September’s Report. 25% into the year, income is a little behind at 19%, but expenses also lower, at 14% of the total expenses for the year.
Minister’s Report
RE will start using the office phone for emergency contact during services.
Tode will start picking up the Newsletter at the UPS store.
Tode may start sitting at the welcome table.
Betty will start making the bank deposits.
Marcia will be tailoring her sermons to issues focused on Wy’east.
A new member ceremony is being planned for January.
Fund Raising Report - December 11th, Saturday Night
Liana attended a meeting with Elizabeth, Mary, Alex, Becky and Robin
Liana’s, Elizabeth’s and Becky’s time restricted, so they are looking for more volunteers.
Robin is collecting auction items, tickets, etc.
Need to solicit neighborhood business for donations targeted older audience. Need a information packet for the solicitor. Possibly talk to Eastrose about their experiences with their auctions.
Is the music being donated? Senior Center is free rent for the night.
Ministerial Committee
The Board has nominated Katy to the Ministerial Committee. Katy and Carol will now find a third member to complete the committee.
Small Groups
Groups are off and running with good numbers signed up.

- Meditation - 6 people
- Environmental - 9 people
- Seniors - 9 people
- Crafts -
- Social Justice - 9 people
- Women - no good dates to meet for interested people
- Parenting - 5 people
New Members
Attendance seems to be up since the end of summer. Need to have more seats available so the room will not seem too crowded and encourage regulars to sit to the left and front of the room.
Marcia has created a new member form to be filled out by new members, and maybe current members in an effort to update the directory.
Phone Update
Need to finalize the credit card to be used for the phone charges.
Signs
A rock was thrown through a window with the Wy’East sign displayed at the HCS. Tode spent a lot of time working with the police and the Senior Center to establish possible motives. It is not clear, but should anymore incidents occur they will add them to this initial case. Window is being replaced and we will be looking into options for a new sign, maybe a decal that can be friction or statically adhered.
Worship Services
Worship committee will be trying to schedule a minister led service for every other service.
