Meeting began at 7:30 PM, Tode, Hank, Karl, Dan, Marcia and Mark in attendance.
UU resolution on the rights of Indigenous Peoples
Wyeast has been asked to pass this resolution as a congregation and participate in the national grassroots UU movement.
Mark stopped by to advocate for our congregation to adopt the UU Resolution on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples at our general meeting in May. We voted to attach a special meeting to the general meeting, allowing the congregation to vote to adopt the resolution. There will be a link to the resolution mentioned on the mailed notice of the general meeting, and an email sent out with information about the resolution.

Board voted to add the resolution to the special meeting to be held in conjunction with the general meeting May 22nd.

Treasurer’s Report
Income, expenses inline for the year, no unusual expenses. District dues have been paid.
Canvass Committee Report
Received 28 pledges so far, totaling 46,096.60.
On canvass news, we have received 28 pledges so far, totaling 46,096.60. Adding the income amounts for fundraising and collections from this year's budget and an estimation of uncollected pledges (20 pledges are uncollected), we decided to prepare the 1/3 time Minister budget for review at this Sunday's Budget Forum. We added funds to the 1/3 time budget for Rent, to include more time at WeeWorks, and extra time at HSC. We plan to scale back the intergenerational services to 6 a year, so we will need WeeWorks more often. We concluded the amount budgeted for Teachers would allow us to cover for the extra Sundays. We added extra time at HSC twice a month. This can be scaled back as needed after we have final income numbers.

Budget Forum next Sunday. Budget was discussed and prepared.
