Minister’s Report
Will be starting a new member class soon
After the budget is settled, will work on Sermon scheduling with the Worship committee
Will convene a meeting of the ministerial committee: Bruce, Carol and Katy
Formal evaluation of the minister for Marcia will be next year. The board and the Committee on Ministry will provide a less detailed evaluation this year to provide feed back for Marcia and prepare for the next evaluation. A previous evaluation template may be modified and adjusted for this purpose.
Canvass Committee Report
37 pledges - $54,087.60 total in pledges
Budget Information
Annual Meeting on Sunday, May 22. Budget was discussed and prepared at the 40% Minister time. Added $200 to the membership committee for care and concerns for flowers and condolences.
Once the budget is in place we will need to decide how the insurance benefit is offered. A section 125 plan would need to be set up if we decide to provide it ourselves.
