Wy’east UU Board Meeting Minutes - Special Congregational Meeting, January 4, 2026

At the Center for Positive Aging and via Zoom

Vote to affirm the 3-year Sustained Partnership with the Y.O.U.TH organization 

Jeff Showell, Social Justice Committee spokesman, presented details of the Y.O.U.TH organization and answered member questions.  

Debra Tomsen, Board moderator, conducted the vote confirming this 3-year Sustained Partnership.

Results were: 

• In person: 20 members: yes 
• Zoom: 2 members: yes
• Absentee: 2 members: yes

There were no “abstain” or “no” votes. The 24 votes exceeded the required member quorum.
