- Treasurer’s Report- We have money in the bank, and despite the projected deficit for this year, it doesn’t seem to materialize much.
- The Treasurer’s Budget Meeting yesterday covered all other aspects of the budget that Larry has been working on.
- Larry emphasized that circumstances can change in the year for a member and that they should not feel bad if they cannot make their whole pledge within the year. However, he will gently remind anyone where they are at on their pledge for the year, and will get that out after the Annual Meeting.
- Next SJC Focus Vote – “We are Stronger Together” focusing to prioritize people and communities who have been historically marginalized or excluded.
- Concern: Would we welcome to hear about someone from the other side of the political spectrum?
- We would welcome anyone since this is a UU principle, but the more priority on historically marginalized or excluded.
- Moved and approved the SJC focus, with one abstention.
